Clean rooms, relatively comfy beds. Bit cold at times but it was a particularly cold week so haven't marked it down. Signal and WiFi as always absolutely rubbish.

We came down for our cousins 40th birthday and stayed here for two nights. From the moment we checked in every team member was fantastic, all said hello, asked how our room was and all so smiley. Especially Laura and Zydra who we seen both days off our stay. We will definitely be staying here when we come down again which will hopefully be very soon! Thank you so much for such a great stay!

Ideal place for stay with kids and family. Easy to travel to any part of london. Friendly staff and quality interior. Good parking facility.

Trades men...DO NOT STAY HERE...YOUR TOOLS WILL BE STOLEN OUT OF YOUR VAN. The hotel know how common it is, but fail to mention this on check in. They fail to comment on how common it is because they are doing nothing to act upon it.

Stayed here ended up falling down an uncovered man hole in the car park. Was not marked out as unsafe and was not obvious just the man hole cover placed on top. Apparently it's council owned and premier inn or Whitbread take no responsibility for something so dangerous. I tried to call the site and got through to a manager names Olah she was not at all helpful was incredibly rude refused to help in anyway of me reaching the council however had the time to review my fall and tried to scrutinize and pass judgement herself she even raised her voice to shout at me absolutely disgustingly bad customer service to add to my broken ankle 😔

Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Abysmally slow and pointless internet... For free. Had quite a bit of black mold infesting the entire bathroom.

Overall our recent experience was good. FREE parking. Good staff! Kids fiendly. Rooms were clean but they dont clean them daily. WIFI was good.Theres a charging point for your EV car so no worries for charging (£0.79/kwH)

Always a pleasure is this hotel, booked my 85 hear old Grandad in and they couldn't be more helpful, managed to get him a fully accessible room complete with wet room due to his sight and mobility impairments

Spent a night here as we were visiting RSPB Rainham Marshes. Room ok, star of the show was the bed which was ultra comfortable. We went for the dinner/breakfast meal deal which was good value. Unfortunately our evening meal at Table Table was ruined by the loud piped music - speakers everywhere so no escape.

What. A. Dump. I’d select zero stars if this were an option. DO NOT book here. To start, wifi is not available nor reliable like it’s advertised. But that’s the least of it - the rooms had no ventilation, a/c fan did not work and the rooms smelled of mold, dampness and mildew. I had breathing and inflammation issues from this, the dusty curtains and furniture and lack of proper cleaning. The walls were soiled with black and brown spots as were the shower curtains. When we reported that the a/c and fan did not work, their response was “we can give you a sheet, but there’s nothing we can do.” We are frequent travelers and can honestly say this was the WORST accommodation we’ve had to pay for. I’ll be taking another shower after leaving. Gross. Please do better.

Good food and rooms ok car park had 2 cars stolen and 7 vans broken into 19/20th June 2024 no security and if you own a ford transit just leave it unlocked with the doors wide open or they will wreck them trying to get in...

I use Premier Inns a lot (most weeks) and like the consistency of service, the staff are universally helpful, and a comfortable bed. This hotel is starting to look a bit tired and lacks things like aircon, getting a noisy fan instead. The best thing about it is the rooms are not so prone to road noise and it is outside the congestion charge zone. It has a lift, many don't, and a pub next door. There's plenty of parking without walking miles. Overall, a decent hotel which would improve with a decor update, although its far from the worst in this respect, festival park holds that honour, so far.

Only went for late lunch,...... as it was bank holiday there were no specials which is unusual.... The food was OK but I had lasagne it was sloppy & bland... The chips I ordered as side dish were scrappy and uneatable, although they were taken of the bill, Sunday roast definitely better at this place. They need to up their game.
